Refund policy

Ovaro™ offers a 60-day return policy for eligible products purchased through our website. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product arrived damaged or the incorrect item was received. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.

Free promotional items are available while supplies last and may be substituted or discontinued without prior notice.
